Bill did a fantastic job clearing our blocked toilet drainage – he managed to fit us in the same day of booking, and was professional, friendly and personable from the very start. He was quickly able to source out the root of the problem with his diagnostic camera, and used high pressure water jet to clear the blockage. He cleared away the problem tree roots for us and clearly advised us on further pipe work required. His pricing is fixed and was extremely reasonable for all his time, hard work and professional efforts! We would definitely recommend The Plumbing Wizard and use Bill’s services again – he is a lovely and genuine professional overall!

Rang 7 other plumbers, no one was willing to come. Rang The Plumbing Wizard, it was Halloween, he was with his son, Trick or Treating. I explained that we had no water, we were dehydrating, as we had to put off the water mains 8 hours earlier because the connection to the removed washing machine was old and when the machine was removed it flooded water. The Plumbing Wizard arrived within 45 minutes, replaced both valves for a washing machine with new ones and we could drink water again! He was extremely polite and accommodating and saved us! Thank You So Much! Promised i would write this review 4 months ago. Highly recommended! 10/10 STARS!

The most professional, timely, considerate plumber ever. Cleans up after work when there is not even a mess made, always on time, very reasonably priced and really transparent and honest. Would never use anyone else, we have had a few dodgy overpriced jobs redone by Bill and will always recommend him to people in Sydney!

I was really happy with Bill from The Plumbing Wizard! He was reliable but more importantly he was clean and tidy- I just renovated my house and I have brand new floorboards so I was concerned as we all know what some tradies are like, but Bill thoroughly cleaned up any mess and was very professional. I was very pleased with the results;
Last week my water heater blew up. Water was leaking everywhere and I didn’t know how to fix it so I called a few plumbers in my area. However, no one wanted to help me. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended Bill from The Plumbing Wizard. When I called Bill, he asked me a couple of questions and then dropped everything and rushed to my home to fix my water heater. When he arrived, he immediately identified the source of the problem with my water heater. Then he painstakingly fixed it all by himself; he was able to stop the leak and get my hot water system fixed and ready-to-use in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the results; Bill truly lived up to their slogan, We make all your plumbing problems disappear. Bill did a wonderful job fixing my water heater; I haven’t had any problems with it since then. His work was thorough, he cleaned up the any mess and he used high quality equipment and materials. I’m glad I called Bill and I highly recommend Bills company, The Plumbing Wizard, to everyone with a plumbing emergency.
